M.R DAY OF COORDINATORS is unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, our “Day-of” coordination is for the Brides and Grooms who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all their hard work and ideas. 


Too often, brides and grooms rely on family and friends to help carry out plans and responsibilities on the day of their wedding. By asking a friend or family member to take on this stressful task, that “Guest” will not be able to enjoy the event as a guest and will end up feeling like the “event staff.” 


In most cases, your “volunteers” have little experience in the role of event planner. They often end up feeling overwhelmed as they try to keep on top of everything that must be done to ensure that the day runs smoothly.



Allow us to take on those tasks and responsibilities, while your friends and family enjoy your wedding day as being your guests.

Coordination Packages

WEDDING VENUE SETUP

Packages
*All include travel fee & insurance
Day of Coordination. $1200.00
▪ Make, review, revise timeline & send to all vendors
▪ Check in and confirm with all vendors 2 weeks prior to event day
and 3 days prior
▪ Manage and direct vendors for set up of ceremony and reception
sites per instructions
▪ Set up personal decor items, for guest tables, sign in, cake table,
signage and other misc. items

• Distribute and pin flowers to
wedding party, family members & special guests
▪ Deliver any special gifts/notes between Bride and Groom
▪ Manage and direct wedding party through ceremony and key
moments in reception
▪ Communicate with photographer to ensure all photos are taken and
on time, update and prompt DJ to make event announcements and
coordinate dinner service timing
▪ Usher guest during ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
▪ Pack all gifts and decor to be sent home with bride and/or
designated individual
▪ Assist vendors in tear down of event and make sure locations are
left as they were when we arrived

30 Day of Coordination +Rehearsal $1500

▪ Initial consultation to discuss your vision and details of your day
▪ Walk through of venue(s) to go over set up and layout details
▪ Coordinator and one additional Event Assistant
▪ Coordinate and run rehearsal, procession line up and music timing
(1 hour in duration
▪ Review, and revise if needed, timeline for day of events
▪ Check in and confirm with all vendors 2 weeks prior to event day
▪ Manage and direct vendors for set up of ceremony and reception
sites per instructions
▪ Set up personal decor items, for guest tables, sign in, cake table,
signage and other misc items

▪ Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances at the end of the event
▪ Pack all gifts and decor to be sent home with bride and/or
designated individual
▪ Assist vendors in tear down of event and make sure locations are
left as they were when we arrived

60 Days of Coordination $2000

unlimted phone calls & emails to walk you through contracts,
questions and concerns
▪ Complete review of all plans currently secured and any gaps that
may be missing
▪ Timeline creation of wedding day formalities, vendor
deliveries/start times, music and wedding party prep. To ensure
everything runs smoothly (not to close later than midnight)
▪ Button up all logistics of event, venue layout, decor, seating
arrangements, table settings, vendor contracts, etc...
▪ Management and communication with vendors to confirm (or update
if needed) details of their services, and to give location and day of
timeline information the month leading to event.
▪ Further verify closing details 2 weeks prior to event.
▪ Communication with wedding party to give rehearsal details and
timeline for event

* A minimum deposit of $200.00 is required with signed
contract to hold your date; this deposit will go towards the final
balance and is non-refundable.
